Grid 2 (alternatively GRID 2) is a racing video game that Codemasters is developing, as a follow-up to the company’s earlier title Race Driver: Grid, for release on Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 in 2013. Grid 2 was developed and published by Codemasters, the creators of the TOCA/Race Driver series. It is a game in which the player runs their own race team, acting as the primary driver. As players progress they gain sponsors and can hire a teammate to drive alongside them in certain events
